The legendary Beryozka ensemble, named after N. Nadezhdina, set a box office record when it performed a few weeks ago at the Oktyabrsky Concert Hall in St. Petersburg.

This unique collective is a national treasure of Russia and stands out as the only ensemble that embodies the poetic image of the Russian woman as celebrated by the renowned choreographer Nadezhda Nadezhdina.

The ensemble's artistry combines high professionalism with an unwavering love for the Motherland, reflecting the character and spirit of the Russian people. The authentic folk costumes play a crucial role in shaping the choreographic identity of the Beryozka ensemble. The red sarafan, the green birch branch and the flutter of a turquoise scarf enchant the audience with the magical essence of national traditions.

Beryozka's performances have captivated millions of spectators not only in Russia, but also on other continents. The ensemble's concerts always receive overwhelming acclaim: it is impossible not to be moved by such masterful interpretations of Russian folk dance.
"We have prepared an updated program for the concert in St. Petersburg," says the ensemble's director, Tatiana Selgmae. "Each of our performances shows not only authentic Russian traditions and a respectful approach to the repertoire created by the great choreographers Nadezhda Nadezhdina and Mira Koltsova, but also, most importantly, our love for our country."
At the concerts in the Oktyabrsky Concert Hall, the audience enjoyed dances from the ensemble's treasured repertoire.
